What Our Health Guarantee Covers:
This guarantee ensures that your kitten is free from any life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If within this timeframe your veterinarian diagnoses a serious genetic condition that affects your kitten’s quality of life or leads to premature death, we will:

• Offer a replacement kitten of equal value (based on availability and timing), or
• Provide a partial refund, as agreed upon case by case.

Conditions of Guarantee:
To ensure the validity of this health guarantee, we kindly ask all buyers to agree to the following:

1. Veterinary Check Within 72 Hours:
   The buyer must take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery for a wellness exam. Failure to do so will void this guarantee.
2. Proper Care and Environment:
   This guarantee applies only if the kitten has been provided with proper nutrition, routine veterinary care (including vaccinations and parasite control), and a safe, loving indoor environment. Neglect, abuse, or injury will void the guarantee.
3. Documentation Required:
   If a serious genetic or congenital issue is discovered, a written statement from a licensed veterinarian must be provided. We may request a second opinion from a vet of our choosing.
4. No Refunds for Common Illnesses:
   This guarantee does not cover common feline issues such as colds, parasites, minor infections, or treatable conditions that are not life-threatening or hereditary in nature.
5. Return Policy:
   In the rare event a replacement is offered, the original kitten must be returned to us (unless deceased), along with complete medical documentation.
